Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-484eeb2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"484eeb2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Deposit:<\/strong>50% \u8a02\u91d1\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u5747 \u4e0d\u8a2d\u9000\u6b3e\u3002<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><b>Cancellations Policy (counting from departure date):<\/b><ul><li>More than 30 days:  deposit retained, refund of balance.<\/li><li>22\u201330 days: deposit retained, 25% of total price deducted as cancellation fee.<\/li><li>11\u201321 days:  deposit retained, 50% of total price deducted as cancellation fee.<\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">10 days or less: Non-refundable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Agency cancellations:<\/strong><ul><li>If VIAJES SEEKRET S.A.C. cancels due to reasons attributable to the agency: full refund or free rescheduling.<\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">If caused by force majeure (strikes, weather, government orders, etc.), rescheduling or credit note will be offered; refunds depend on supplier recoverability.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Third-party services:<\/strong><ul><li>Certain components (airline tickets, train tickets, attraction entries, third-party vouchers) are subject to their own refund and penalty policies.<\/li><li>VIAJES SEEKRET S.A.C. will request and manage refunds with suppliers on behalf of clients, but only the amounts actually recovered will be refunded.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e343aeb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e343aeb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Client Obligations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7dd4ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e7dd4ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li class=\"p1\">Arrive punctually at pickup points and follow staff instructions.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Carry valid ID\/passport and required permits.<\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">Obtain adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, trip cancellations, delays, baggage loss, and adventure activities (e.g., high-altitude trekking). The Agency is not responsible for costs arising from lack of insurance coverage.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3adca59 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3adca59\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.
