Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope

  • VIAJES SEEKRET S.A.C., registered with MINCETUR (Peru), provides passenger transfer and tourism services within Peruvian territory. Booking our services implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • 客戶需於報名時繳交 50% 訂金 to confirm reservations.
  • 餘款必須於出發前 30 日之前繳清Failure to pay the balance on time will be considered a cancellation by the client; the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Payments are accepted in United States dollars (USD) or other indicated currencies. Prices may include taxes as specified.
  • Clients must provide accurate and complete personal details (full names, ID/passport, phone number, pickup point and time).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposit:50% 訂金於任何情況下均 不設退款。
  • Cancellations Policy (counting from departure date):
    • More than 30 days: deposit retained, refund of balance.
    • 22–30 days: deposit retained, 25% of total price deducted as cancellation fee.
    • 11–21 days: deposit retained, 50% of total price deducted as cancellation fee.

    • 10 days or less: Non-refundable.

  • Agency cancellations:
    • If VIAJES SEEKRET S.A.C. cancels due to reasons attributable to the agency: full refund or free rescheduling.

    • If caused by force majeure (strikes, weather, government orders, etc.), rescheduling or credit note will be offered; refunds depend on supplier recoverability.

  • Third-party services:
    • Certain components (airline tickets, train tickets, attraction entries, third-party vouchers) are subject to their own refund and penalty policies.
    • VIAJES SEEKRET S.A.C. will request and manage refunds with suppliers on behalf of clients, but only the amounts actually recovered will be refunded.

4. Client Obligations

  • Arrive punctually at pickup points and follow staff instructions.
  • Carry valid ID/passport and required permits.

  • Obtain adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, trip cancellations, delays, baggage loss, and adventure activities (e.g., high-altitude trekking). The Agency is not responsible for costs arising from lack of insurance coverage.

5. Agency Obligations

  • Provide legally compliant vehicles, drivers, and services.
  • Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and third-party refund requests.

6. Liability Limits

  • VIAJES SEEKRET S.A.C. is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings or delays due to external causes.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the service paid, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Data Protection & Complaints

  • Personal data will be used exclusively for reservation management, service delivery, and customer communication, in compliance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law.
  • Clients may contact info@seekret-travel.com for requests, complaints, or to exercise their data rights.
  • Legal disputes are governed by Peruvian law.
