Amazon Rainforest
Day 1 - Journey to the Amazon & Canopy Adventure
Upon arrival in Puerto Maldonado, your guide will greet you at the airport or bus station and transfer you to the office for registration. Large luggage can be stored in the office.

After a refreshing welcome drink, begin your first adventure:the Canopy Bridge & Zipline Experience.Climb to the treetop observation platform, zip across a 200-meter line overlooking the jungle canopy, cross a 75-meter hanging bridge, then glide back on a second 160-meter line for a thrilling roundtrip view of the forest.
Return to the lodge for lunch, followed by a canoeing excursionto Monkey Island舟前往猴子島(Monkey Island), where you can observe capuchins, squirrel monkeys, and woolly monkeys swinging through the trees — sometimes curious enough to approach visitors. Optional night excursion to spot caimans and experience the Amazon’s nocturnal world.

Day 2: - Sandoval Lake Expedition
After breakfast, take a motorboat to the Tambopata National Reserve entrance and begin a 1.5-hour trek through the dense jungle.
Arrive at the legendary Sandoval Lake , one of the most beautiful lakes in the Amazon. Explore its mirror-like waters by canoe, searching for giant river otters, tropical birds, turtles, and butterflies while soaking in the tranquil scenery.
Return to the lodge by evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 - Visiting Indigenous Community
Enjoy breakfast before heading to the Madre de Dios River for a traditional Amazon fishing experience..
You may catch local species such as pictus catfish, armored catfish, or even red-eye piranha — some of which can be prepared for lunch.
In the afternoon, walk to the nearby Ese’Eja Indigenous Community, just 8 minutes from the lodge.Local families will share their ancestral culture, language, crafts, and traditional dances.
The Ese’Eja are one of the Amazon’s oldest hunter-gatherer peoples, preserving ancient knowledge and a profound philosophy of coexistence with nature.
Return to the lodge for dinner and rest.
Day 4 - Parrot Clay Lick
Depart early (around 4:30 AM) to visit the Cachuela Parrot and Parakeet Clay Lick..Every dawn, flocks of parrots gather to feed on the mineral-rich clay, neutralizing toxins from their natural diet — a breathtaking natural spectacle set against the Amazon sunrise.
Around 7:00 AM, return to the lodge for breakfast, then enjoy a 2-km forest walk to observe ants, reptiles, tropical birds, and perhaps a few monkeys along the trail.
After lunch, visit a local cacao and agricultural centerto learn about organic farming and traditional medicinal plants such as dragon’s blood and Ayahuasca, as well as tropical crops like cacao, cassava, and starfruit.
The trip concludes with a return transfer to Puerto Maldonado, scheduled according to your flight or bus departure time (arrival approximately 30–90 minutes before departure).
